Through her 30 year marriage to Gary, her four children including one with special needs, and all the blessings and challenges that have come her way Denise’s breadth of experience reaches out through her amazing gift of encouragement.

Denise’s formal training in Education and Radio at Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music (now part of Cornerstone University) has served as a great foundation in all her efforts, but it was a “Speak up with Confidence” seminar taught by Carol Kent that God used to affirm her gift of encouragement.

She finds no greater joy than to lead a person to the Lord and to be involved with the transformation of a life for the cause of Christ. The Lord has used Denise to teach, mentor, and encourage women through His Word for the past 28 years and she considers it a great blessing!
